1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. South Africa (Local Shipping)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free shipping on orders over R650
3. United States & International Shipping
- Economy Shipping: 15–20 business days — R55 (~$3)
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days — R90 (~$5)
- Express Shipping: 5–10 business days — R180 (~$10)
- Free Shipping: 5–10 business days — on orders over R650 (~$35)
International orders are fulfilled by our trusted suppliers and shipped from their nearest warehouse.
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
